ΟTE Group: Technology project in Finland for the European Chemicals Agency
The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), selected OTE Group, through an open tender, for the provision, management and support of its IT workplace at its headquarters in Helsinki, Finland.
The two-year project with the possibility of extension for another two years, focuses on the supply, installation, management and technical support of the required workplace equipment and software for all users of the EU agency responsible for the safe use of chemical products. It is about an integrated IT workplace solution, implemented and exclusively provided by OTE Group as a-service, ensuring a more effective and efficient operation for the client, free of investment costs in equipment and support personnel.
In this context, highly-qualified OTE Group engineers will provide ECHA executives with second level IT user support services and occasionally first level complementing the ECHA ICT Helpdesk, both onsite at the ECHA facilities and remotely from the OTE Group premises in Athens.
