OTE Group: New ICT contract for an international organization, the European Patent Office (EPO)
Through an international tendering procedure, OTE Group has undertaken a five-year project to monitor and support the operation of the network and information systems of the European Patent Office (EPO). The services will be delivered on-site, at the premises of the EPO in The Hague. The EPO supports innovation, competitiveness, and economic growth across Europe by granting patents for products, ideas and inventions to researchers, inventors and companies from around the world.
OTE Group’s highly-qualified engineers will operate the Operations Control Center providing onsite monitoring, maintenance and 1st level IT support services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the entire network and IT infrastructure of the EPO in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Belgium.
