Group undertakes ICT project for the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) in Paris
OTE Group has undertaken the development, management and support of the overall network infrastructure of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) in Paris, for the next ten years, as the leader of the OTE-SWORD FRANCE association of companies. The project includes the provision and support of network infrastructure as-a-Service, which will contribute to cost reduction and to the improvement of the organization’s agility and efficiency.
The independent European authority, ESMA, which is responsible for enhancing investors’ protection and promoting the stable and orderly functioning of Europe’s financial markets, is transferred to its new premises at the French capital. OTE Group will be providing services such as wired and wireless local area network (LAN and WiFi), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Remote Access to organization’s information systems, Internet Access, Cloud Connectivity & Cloud Access Security Brokerage, as well as Colocation (Hosting) and other ad hoc services.
OTE Group's experienced and specialized staff will ensure the smooth operation and technical support of network infrastructures as managed services in 24/7, based on strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), by utilizing advanced proactive monitoring and management systems. The solutions provided can be expanded or limited depending on customer’s needs.
